MODINA strives to make the project more accessible for the artists and audience. As we are currently working on improvement, the accessibility differs across the host institutions. In this page, you can find detailed information about what we can offer to the artists and visitors.

Host Institutions
Sõltumatu Tantsu Lava (Estonia)
How to find us? Sõltumatu Tantsu Lava is located in the hub of Telliskivi Creative City at Telliskivi 60a house C9. The entrance is behind the Fotografiska (and former Vaba Lava) building. Easiest way to find us is to walk through between restaurants Lendav Taldrik and Kivi Paber Käärid, pass a small inner parking lot and in the end turn left. You can also check the map:
At the spot: the space is located on the first floor. There is a small step at the entrance where it is possible to place ramps for wheelchair access. The toilets are on the second floor that are accessible only through the stairs. There is also a possibility to use the accessible toilet at Von Krahl Theatre.
tanzhaus nrw (Germany)
We are working on making tanzhaus nrw more inclusive – on, in front of and behind the stage. The building is accessible at ground level and almost barrier-free. The forecourt is paved with cobblestones and old rails. Vehicles can drive right up to the front door.
Performances

We offer the following services at regular intervals:
- Audio description for blind and visually impaired visitors
- Touch tours for blind and visually impaired visitors
- Subtitling of spoken language
In our programme you will always find Relaxed Performances that create a relaxed atmosphere or a low-stimulus environment. We also offer Early Boarding (early admission) for visitors with visible and non-visible disabilities (e.g. with sensory or mental impairments). Early admission to the respective auditorium is possible in order to find a seat in peace and quiet and to familiarise yourself with the room and lighting situation in a relaxed manner.
Courses and workshops
Many of our programmes are open to various target groups. The participation of people with disabilities in courses and workshops is generally possible and welcome. Please direct specific questions and requirements to: akademie@tanzhaus-nrw.de before registering.

Kino Siska (Slovenia)
Access by public transport
Kino Šiška is also connected to the centre of Ljubljana and other parts of the city with LPP public buses.
Access by car
Access by car directly to the building is available. You can park in the direct vicinity of the building, though the parking lot is not owned by Kino Šiška. Accessible parking bays are specially designated.
Access to the building and toilets
Access to the building for the physically, visually and hearing impaired is unobstructed. The physically impaired can use the elevator to access the upper floor, while both halls feature ramps and stairless entrances/exits for easier access. Toilets for the physically impaired are available on the ground floor/lower lobby.
There are hearing loops for the deaf and hearing impaired installed in both halls, whereas the visually impaired can follow Braille tactile boards from the bus stop to the venue. Braille boards and relief ground plans are also available in the venue itself.
Physically, visually and hearing impaired people are entitled to free admission to events, as well as free admission for one (1) person assisting them.

Trafo (Hungary)
Transportation and parking information: We recommend our guests to opt for public transport instead of cars. For example, metro line M3, trams 4 and 6 to Corvin-negyed. If they arrive by car and find no parking spots available on the streets, Trafó has identified a few parking garages that may be convenient for our audiences. This list is a courtesy and does not represent all parking options.

Parking at Corvin Plaza | 1083 Budapest, Futó utca 37-45. +36-30-158-8440 | The garage can be accessed in two different directions, from the Futó utca and from the Vajdahunyad utca.
Restrooms: There are two restrooms on the floor of Trafó Gallery. You can find a toilet with baby-changing facilities and a bathroom for disabled people on the ground floor of Trafó. More restrooms are on the -1 floor, next to Trafó Gallery, and on the first floor.
Dogs are allowed only allowed in the space of the Caffé and the Gallery. Your dog should remain under your care and control throughout your visit, on a leash. Owners are expected to take responsibility for their dogs throughout their visit. We can provide a drinking bowl for your animal; just ask at the cafeteria on the ground floor.

CNDB (Romania)
The building we work in was used as a carpet laundry before the CNDB changed its function to a performance hall, and the original architecture limits our possibilities to make the space more inclusive. However, with the help of CNDB staff, the space can be accessed by people with physical disabilities if requested in advance. Vehicles can park in front of the courtyard, and the few meters to the entrance of the space can be walked on a flat, obstacle-free surface. The building is accessible at ground level and almost barrier-free. The auditorium and toilets are on the ground floor. Academic Institutions
Tallinn University (Estonia)
Access to the university by public transport or by car:
- Coming by tram to the “Tallinn University” stop, the tram stops in the middle of the road. The platform stop is the next stop “Koidula”. Please be careful when crossing the crosswalk.
- If you come by car, there are two disabled parking spaces next to Mare building at Uus-Sadam 5.

Hochschule Düsseldorf (Germany)
The Office for Accessible Studying (Arbeitsstelle Barrierefreies Studium, ABS) provides support and information for those who with disabilities or chronic illnesses. We offer:
